Description: Long, curved, trapezoidal copper head plate has abstract piercings arranged in a bi-lateral symmetrical fashion. Piercings include four comma shapes in pairs in opposition, two hook shapes in opposition and one round hole. Oxidation has turned the copper to a grayish green color. Description: Two circular copper disks with central concavities are connected in the center by a post to form an earspool. The larger disk has a thin silver covering. The copper portion has oxidized and is light green, moderate green, dusky green and light brown. The silver layer, which is cracked, is very dark gray and light gray. Description: Effigy pipe made from black steatite (soapstone). The platform is composed of two naturalistic, intertwined goose heads that have open bills filled with blocky cylinders. One cylinder is drilled to form the pipe stem. The bowl is formed by the intertwined necks of the birds and the lip flares outward. Pipe was broken in two pieces that have been glued back together. Description: Platform pipe made from pipestone is predominantly dark reddish brown, but there is some yellowish red as well. The gently-curving platform is shaped like half a cylinder. The pipe bowl is round with a wide, flaring lip. The pipe was broken into three fragments and has been glued back together. Description: Pendant was made from chlorite that is predominantly very dark gray in color with flecks of dark yellowish green and silver. The pendant is roughly rectangular in shape and is narrower and thinner at the ends. There is a large hole drilled through the center. Description: Triangular flint biface has deep, narrow corner notches. The sides of the blade are straight. Long ears extend nearly to the base, which expands slightly and curves outward. It may be of the Jack's Reef Corner-Notched type. The flint is yellowish gray, medium light gray and grayish black in color. Description: Stylized effigy of a human head was made from a very thin plate of copper that was likely molded around a roughly triangular piece of wood or similar material. It has a prominent straight nose. The mouth has been incised, as have both eyes. Both ears are molded and incised; the right ear has been damaged. There are broken edges at the top of the head and just beneath the chin, suggesting that the effigy was originally larger. The copper is brownish gray but has corroded in some areas to pale green.
